Rewilding Manager
We are looking for an experienced ecologist to lead our ecology team working with forest, river, and wetland restoration in Västerbotten. The role involves coordinating the planning, implementation, and follow-up of rewilding projects, as well as building strong relationships with landowners, authorities, and local partners.

You need documented experience in team leadership, a relevant conservation or environmental qualification, at least five years of professional experience, and solid knowledge of the Nordic taiga forest landscape and its challenges. Strong communication skills and proven project management experience are required, and fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory. Based in Umeå, the role offers a mix of office and field work.
